Bridge Michigan invites readers to a free Zoom discussion from noon to 1 p.m. on March 28 about Michigan’s disappearing winters.

Warming winters are not only affecting the environment, but changing how Michigan lives, our hobbies and traditions. As temperatures continue to rise, Michiganders are adjusting to these new weather conditions.

Guest panelists will include Nancy Langston, distinguished professor of environmental history at Michigan Technological University, and Richard Rood, professor emeritus of climate and space science and engineering at the University of Michigan. Bridge environment reporter Kelly House will moderate the discussion. An additional panelist will be announced soon.
