Collaborative Conservation, the idea that we can have an exponentially greater impact when working together by playing to our strengths, and sharing knowledge and resources, is a movement that is gaining momentum around the world. The reason? This model works. The Stewardship Network is an established leader of the Collaborative Conservation movement, as we have been facilitating and supporting ecologically based conservation projects and partnerships for over 15 years.
In 2019, we celebrate our 15th year as a registered non-profit. As we reflected on how far The Network has come, growing from a small group in Southeast Michigan to an internationally award-winning organization that extends across the continent, it is clear that our progress, that of the collaborative conservation movement, and the resulting ecological improvements wouldn’t have been achieved without people like you!
This ecological progress and the spirit of collaboration itself could not be blossoming at a more crucial moment. The Climate Crisis looms as one of the biggest threats facing modern society, and so many of you view the challenge as an opportunity to build a healthier and more equitable future for ourselves and future generations.
