Spring Foraging with Foraging expert Rachel Mifsud

This spring foraging class, led by Rachel Mifsud, will introduce you to the world of edible wild plants found in Michigan during the spring season. You’ll learn how to identify safe and delicious plants, understand their ecological roles, and discover how to incorporate them into your meals.
Location: 1957 Glen Hill Highway Clayton, MI at Ramsdell park
The class is $5 per person and registration is required.
