
Michigan Conservation Stewards Program – St. Clair County

Do you like the outdoors, native plants, and wildlife? Do you have a passion for habitat restoration? Do you enjoy sharing what you learn with others? Registration is now open for Michigan State University Extension’s Conservation Stewards Program (CSP) in St. Clair County. Learn more and register at https://canr.msu.edu/csp.
Learn about local conservation heritage, Michigan’s natural communities, local wildlife, community science projects, and more. This 10-week program from MSU Extension is hosted by St. Clair County Parks and Recreation Commission with the help of many partner organizations. The course is a hybrid virtual/in person program for learning and applying science-based ecosystem management. Learn more and register at canr.msu.edu/csp. Registration closes when the class is full or August 30 and classes begin the week of September 11.
The St. Clair County course will run Wednesday evenings from 6-8:30 p.m. September 13-November 15 with a break on Nov. 1 and 8. The course also includes two Saturday field experiences on September 23 and October 7.
