The Stewardship Network is now accepting abstracts for the 2018 Science, Practice & Art of Restoring Native Ecosystems Conference. Prospective presenters should carefully review the information below and submit their abstract via the online submission form.
The deadline for Panel Discussions, Presentations, Roundtable and Workshops is October 13th.
The deadline for Posters is November 30th.

Guidelines for Submitting Your Abstract
SESSION FORMAT: Please choose which session format you would like to present.
Panel Discussions - you arrange with several knowledgeable individuals to come together in a dialogue-based format around a particular focus. Panel Discussions can be scheduled during the concurrent presentation time on Friday and Saturday.
Presentations - you give a talk with powerpoint visual to an audience, leaving five to ten minutes at the end of the presentation for question and answer. You may have an additional presenter so long as their information is submitted with your abstract. Presentations can be scheduled during the concurrent presentation time on Friday and Saturday.
Roundtable Discussion - you arrange for one or more experts on a given topic to be present and facilitate a conversation with all roundtable participants in the room. This is a highly interactive session and can be scheduled during the concurrent presentation time on Friday and Saturday.
Workshop - much like a presentation, but with a hands-on learning element for the audience. Examples include herbicide wand construction, invasive shrub identification, step-by-step communications plan, etc. Workshops can be scheduled during the concurrent presentation time on Friday and Saturday.
WORD COUNT: Abstracts are limited to 150 words each (not including presentation title or contributors).
STYLE: Please write out each acronym at least once, and limit their use when possible.
PHOTOS: All photos must be high resolution files. (1MB or larger) One photo should be uploaded for each presenter or panelist included in your session.
BIOS: We need one bio for each onsite presenter. Bios are limited to 150 words per person (not including name and affiliation). Bios should written in the third person.

The Conference Planning Committee will review all abstracts for their relevance and the breadth of their appeal.
Steppe Solutions will follow up with accepted presenters with details about their presentation by Wednesday, October 31st, 2017.
Presenters are asked to register themselves online before December 16th, 2017.
