Sulaima (Suma) Karaman Rosen has over 20 years experience building relationships in the corporate, nonprofit and educational settings. Before entering the Development Field, Suma held a wide array of leadership positions from Public Relations Editor at Matson Navigation Company, to Web Editor for CORAL, an afterschool initiative funded by the James Irvine Foundation, to School Site Lead at Eleanor Roosevelt Elementary School. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a Masters of Educational Technology from the University of San Francisco. Since September of 2011, Suma has been at ACCESS, a human services organization founded in Dearborn and serving the greater Detroit Metro area. She is happy to call Michigan home again after nearly two decades in California and Washington.
