How much does the conference cost / What is the registration fee?

Early Bird Rates (registering on or before Friday, December 15th, 2017)

Are meals included with conference registration?

Conference registration covers continental breakfast and lunch on both Friday and Saturday of the conference. A light, "strolling" dinner will be provided Friday evening during the Poster Reception.

How do I get the member rate?

By becoming an individual member! You can become an individual member of The Stewardship Network by donating $35 or more. Click here to become a member!

How can I double-check my membership status?

What times does the conference start and end?

Registration check-in and continental breakfast begins on Friday January 12th and the day closes with a talking circle and other fun activities around 9:30 pm.

Saturday, January 13th begins with continental breakfast at 7:45 am and ends after lunch at 2:00 pm.

How can I find directions to the Kellogg Center, where the conference is being held?

Where can I stay when I attend the conference?

The Stewardship Network has a block of rooms at the Hotel attached to the conference center that are available at a discounted price. The more hotel rooms in our block we fill, the more of a discount the Kellogg Center will give us on the price of our conference rooms. We appreciate your help reducing our costs! While staying on site is convenient and the rooms are lovely, you are also welcome to find other accommodations in the East Lansing area.

Do you have a cancellation/refund policy?

Absolutely! Please check the dates below for the information most relevant to your situation:

By Friday, December 22nd: Full refund minus $25 processing fee.
Between Saturday, December 23rd and Wednesday, January 3rd: 50% refund.
After Wednesday, January 3rd: No refund, but materials sent if cancelled.

When is the deadline for call for submissions?

The deadline for Panel Discussions, Presentations, Roundtable and Workshops is Friday, Sept. 14th, 2017.
The deadline for Poster Presentations is December 1, 2017.

How can my business/organization/agency become a sponsor?

I'm presenting a poster at the conference. What are the acceptable dimensions for my poster? Do I need to bring anything to mount my poster?

Please note that the maximum size your poster can be is 48" wide by 36" tall. Posters will be attached to the poster display units with Velcro. We will provide the Velcro when you arrive to set up your poster.
