Garlic Mustard Pull

Join Little Forks Conservancy to remove garlic mustard, an invasive species, from Szok Preserve within Pine Haven Recreational Area in Sanford, MI.
Drop by Pine Haven Recreation Area’s parking lot anytime between 4:30-7 PM. We will provide some brief training on how to identify the plant in all three of its growth phases and demonstrate the best way to pull the plant from the ground. You’ll be given a few trash bags to fill up and safety gloves.
We recommend you bring water, a hat, any preferred sunscreen/bug spray, and wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants, and shoes that can get muddy.
